Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return a product then please send us an email at customercare@millionzdirect.co.uk. Doing this will then allow us to send you a reply within 48 hours so we can best advise you on what to do next.  This email needs to be sent within14 days from when the customer receives their order.  A refund will only be given if there is something wrong with the order for example a faulty product.  However this is a very unlikely event as all of our products are checked properly to make sure we are providing our customers with the best products possible.  If you are sending a product back please send it to Maidstone ME16 8RF Hart Street.  Once we have checked the product to make sure it is viable for a refund we will then contact you to say you have been fully refunded.   Your return will be dealt with as quickly as possible, and you will receive a response after the items has been checked in the warehouse.  If one of the products has been sent back due to the product being faulty then will conduct a serious investigation in to what has happened to make sure we find out what went wrong.  In this extreme event the customer will be offered a replacement item or a full refund of that item's cost.
